SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Standard Australia Post Parcel
All domestic (within Australia) orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Schofields, New South Wales.
The estimated processing period is 3 - 5 business days before your order is shipped from date of sale. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday 9am-6:00pm. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item on your order, the Fox and Panda team will notify you via email or phone and organise a refund or alternative replacement item from our current stock availability.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 to any Australian address for all orders placed via the website, email or telephone if the total weight of the order is under 5kg (Kilograms).
This flat rate $9.99 shipping service is via standard Australia Post Parcel.
If your order is over 5kg (Kilograms) in weight, it will fall into the Medium flat rate weight category of $12.95. Again, this is all processed through regular Australia Post Parcel.
If your item(s) is oversized, or weighs more than 20kg, we will enlist a courier service to deliver your order to you. This will not cost you any more than the $25.00 however, we will need to contact you to arrange for someone to be home at the delivery address. Alternatively, you may wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or another address that is occupied between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
Standard eParcel Shipping - Estimated delivery (after warehouse Processing Times) trackable through Australia Post
This is the standard international service offered through Australia Post.
This option is only available for New Zealand orders. This service estimates delivery within 3 to 15 business days after our warehouse Processing Period. The below prices are set by Australia Post and judged by weight of the said parcel.
Postage rates start at:
$19.50 AUD for up to 0.5kg
$25.00 AUD for 0.5kg to 1.0kg
$37.50 AUD for 1.0kg to 2.0kg
$57.50 AUD for 2.0kg to 5.0kg
$95.00 AUD for 5.0kg and over!
International Shipping to other country's (Rest of the World) Shipping rates will be judged on a case by case bases. Currently Rest of the World shipping has been deactivated. You can still reach out and contact us via email if you wish to have a more detailed quote on shipping to your country. Please note there will be some countries that we will not be able to ship too...
The Fox and Panda team are collectors ourselves! What this means for you is that we pack your orders the way we like to receive our own orders, so we take the utmost care in ensuring your items get to your home safely and securely.
Comics are always bagged and boarded, with support boards in place to ensure unintentional bending to the comics or graphic novels to happen. Bubble wrap is applied to allow no marks or creases to transfer onto the comics or graphic novel. Do Not Bend warning is always written on the outside of the parcel/package.
Statues, Collectables and the rest of the funky products, are always wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in well kept boxes. We ensure to the best of our abilities that the packages are waterproof but cannot take responsibility for weather damaged products during transit.
PLEASE NOTE: Fox and Panda Comics do not take responsibility if any damage is to occur to the products during the transport process. All our packages are packed to a high standard and all products are inspected and photographed before leaving the Fox and Panda Warehouse. Once your parcel/package is in the hands of Australia Post, we can not control the delivery process.
Please be aware that Australia Post will not allow an investigation to begin on missing items until a period of three weeks (15 business days) has passed.
